Model B4 Exhaust Controller
For vehicles with two vacuum control valves. The Model B4 Controller is available as either a two-way exhaust controller or a three-way exhaust controller suitable for installation in harsh environments such as the engine bay of a high-performance sports car. Normally aspirated vehicles can use the three-way controller whereas turbo-charged cars should not as it may be detrimental to the turbocharger. Depending on the application, the controller offers up to three modes of operation:
Normal Mode: The vehicle controls the operation of the exhaust bypass valves. This is the stock mode.
Always Open Mode: Forces the valves to remain open at all times, overriding the vehicle's ECU.
Always Closed Mode: Forces the valves to remain closed at all times. This mode should not be used with turbo-charged cars and by default will be disabled for turbo-charged vehicles.
If your vehicle is the Ferrari 488 (not the Pista) or the Ferrari 458, consider also getting the Forza Extension Cable as this provides additional installation flexibility when installing the controller module on the car. Click here for more information.
Please note that Ferrari’s equipped with GPFs may not be compatible with an exhaust controller. This includes the Ferrari 812 manufactured in 2020 or later.
You can view the vehicle compatibility matrix here. If your vehicle is not listed, contact us for compatibility.
Note: Due to supply chain differences, the controller may ship with a different style remote fob than depicted.

Plug-and-Play ... 100% Reversible
The kit is completely plug-and-play. Power for the controller comes from the existing connector to the car's exhaust bypass vacuum solenoids, and no wiring modification are required because the kit includes connector cables for the vacuum solenoids. Since no modification are required to install, if you ever want to remove the controller the installation is 100% reversible.
Start-up option user configurable for Always Open or Normal Mode (ECU Control).
Simplified installation is straight forward. The small size makes it easy to find a suitable location to install the controller. Unplug the existing connectors to the vacuum solenoid valves, connect the included Y-cables and route the cables to the controller. Once installation is complete, you use one button on your remote transmitter to open the exhaust bypass valves and the other button to close the valves and return control to the car ... and, you also have the ability to configure a manual on/off switch that you can mount inside your vehicle.

The Model B4 Controller has two connectors and is designed for cars with two vacuum control valves. The Model B4 can be used in place of the Model B4A. But one of the connectors will remain unused. Contact us for compatibility with other vehicles not listed above.
* 812 Disclaimer - Newer 812s may be equipped with Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPFs). The Forza controller may interfere with the management of the vehicle's GPF and under some circumstances, if the 812 has GPFs, a check engine light may occur when attempting to use the controller. To avoid these error conditions, an OBD CEL delete device, such as the Novitec Tectronic CEL Delete Device, may be desired. This is not issue if the vehicle does not have GPFs.
