Warranty, Returns and Refunds

Warranty

New Forza products are warrantied for 12-months. Should the product fail or prove defective within the warranty period, contact us with the details of the product and the defect. We will replace or repair the product at no charge.

Returns

We accept returns. You may return any new Forza product within 30-days of your purchase … no questions asked.

  • Contact us before returning items.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30-days of receipt. Contact us for exceptions.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Products must be in same condition as originally shipped from Forza. No scratches, dents or other signs of damage. Keys must not be not cut or altered in any way.

  • We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please notify us of the tracking number.

  • All original components must be included (e.g., cables, electrical adapters, remote fobs, etc.)

  • Include copy of your packing list or your receipt of payment.

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it within a reasonable period of time and if you are entitled to return, we will refund your full purchase price and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

  • Once returned items are received, a refund will be processed or replacement product will be exchanged for the defective product. Depending on your payment type, the refund may not show in your bank or credit card account instantly. Contact us if you notice a problem.
